Brac has few well known sandy beaches and we have described some of them.
Zlatni rat - Bol
Probably, the most popular beach on the Adriatic is located in Bol, on the south coast of the island of Brač. Zlatni Rat is one of the largest and most attractive places of natural beauty on the Adriatic coast and a symbol of Croatian tourism. The clear blue sea surrounds an almost half kilometer long and narrow pebbled promontory which is partly covered with green forest, a natural protection from the very strong sun. When the winds blow, Zlatni Rat becomes a real surfing paradise.

Beautiful sandy beach, recommended for all :)

Beach Lovrečina - Postira
According to a nearby archaeological site, it would appear that the Romans enjoyed Lovrečina. The sandy Lovrečina beach is located on the island of Brač, 4 kilometres from the town of Postira. The beach is in a bay that can be reached by road, footpath or by sea. Respite from the sun and a break from enjoying the shallow clear sea is provided by a nearby restaurant, a bar or the shade of the pine trees.

Supetar - island Brac
VELA LUKA – there are two beaches with sandy seabed. Very suitable for children and non-swimmers. It is surrounded by pine forest. The sea is clear and seabed sandy. The inlet is surrounded by the pine forest and is suitable for bathers. The bathing place is much arranged.
TRI MOSTA (THREE BRIDGES) – is the most popular Supetar beach. Suitable for all ages. The sea is very clean, shore is made of nice pebbles. Beach offer numerous entertainment and catering facilities.
BANJ – Town beach „Banj“ is sandy bay situated in the heart of Supetar. It is very popular among all generations. Thanks to the shallow and additional entertainment facilities this beach is particularly suitable for children.
VLAČICA – a beach situated in the very heart of the village and the most popular one among the local inhabitants. It is characterized by clean sea, arranged coastline and closeness of catering facilities.
ACCAPULCO – is the beach very close to the ferry port. It is the artificial beach made of pebbles. The sea is clean. It is very popular among the local inhabitants.
VRILO – is a pleasant beach on the eastern exit of the ferry port. It is made of bigger pebbles, the sea is clean. In the close proximity there is a bigger catering facility. This beach is popular among the local inhabitants.
BABIN LAZ – is a bay open toward north. Long strands made of bigger pebbles on the beach with sandy bed. Behind the beach is the pine forest. The number of bathers is restricted. From this beach to Zastup, only Lučica has a sandy beach.

ZASTUP - sheer shore with smooth rocks for sunbathing. A road passes at the end of the bay. The environment is completely covered with pine forest.
