The house is accessible by car, by a ferry between Sibenik an the island of Zirje and then on an asphalt road to the house. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.
Ferry sails only 2 x daily, so please check the schedual on www.jadrolinija.hr

If you do not want to drive your car to the house, a private boat transfer from Tribunj costs 50 EUR one way, and parking of one car pays on a public parking lot costs around 30 EUR per week.

When booking, please inform us, what method of arrival to the house you choose. As a car-ferry on the line Sibenik - Zirje operates only twice a day, it is necessary to pre-arrange your time of arrival at our office in Biograd.

The facility consists of two separate apartments, each on its own floor, each has two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious balcony, but the house gets rented only as a whole.

Running cold water from the reservoir, which holds 30.000 l, is installed in kitchens and bathrooms. The water should be spent sparingly here. Kitchens are equipped each with a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Dishes and bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week.

Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights.

You may recharge your mobile phone in your car, with your recharger that you usually use for this purpose, or in house, with your regular mobile phone recharger for household use.
