- This house has two bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, a fridge with freezer and a gas stove.
-It is possible to reach the house by car, and parking is provided. A smaller part of the road (about 1km) is a macadam road.
- It is necessary to use water and electricity sparingly in the building.
- Electricity 220 V (via transformer) on solar energy. Please do not bring electrical appliances that are not part of the original equipment of the house, as they may cause damage. The only exception is battery chargers for mobile phones / laptops.
- The house has cold running water supplied to the kitchen and bathroom with shower, from its own well.
- The outdoor shower is equipped with a black boiler - a smaller water tank in which the water is heated by the heat of the sun. This tank is filled from a well with a pump.
- Water from the well must be boiled before drinking. Therefore, most guests bring bottled drinking water.
