Villa Alea is located in Palit, one of the newest settlements on the island of Rab. Location-wise, Palit is situated along the Eufemija bay and opposite the Frkanj peninsula.
Villa Alea has four fully equipped apartments that have everything guests need for a comfortable and undisturbed vacation. The villa is only 100 m from the seashore, and two beautiful beaches are nearby: a stone beach is 250 m from the villa, and a pebble beach is 700 m away. The distance to the town center is 2 km, and the main road is only 100 m away from the villa.
Out of a total of four apartments, two are located on the ground floor of the villa, and the other two are on the first floor. All apartments are 2+2 type, which means that they are designed for two people, but there is also the possibility of accommodating two additional people. The area of ​​the apartments is 40 and 45 square meters and each apartment consists of one bedroom, kitchen, living room and toilet with shower. All apartments have one bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room there is a sofa bed that can sleep two additional people. The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace in the outdoor area equipped with seating, and the terrace offers a relaxing view of the pool. From the balcony of the apartment on the first floor, which is also equipped with seating, there is a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.
All apartments are fully equipped and modernly decorated. They contain everything guests need for a relaxing vacation. A separate kitchen for each apartment contains all basic kitchen utensils and appliances: electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
Also, all apartments have built-in air conditioning that will refresh you during hot summer days, and for those who cannot do without the internet, free WI-FI internet is available. A safe is available for storing valuables and documents. When they are not swimming or sightseeing, guests usually spend their time in the garden, which features a barbecue and a swimming pool with an integrated section for younger children. The pool is located in the villa's courtyard and is also at the service of guests staying in Villa Navi and Villa Cave, which are located nearby.
