In the immediate vicinity of Villa Ana there are two beaches perfect for swimming: a stone beach is only 500 m away, and a beautiful pebble beach is 700 m away. To reach the center of the town you only need a few minutes of easy walking. If you are not in the mood to go to one of the beaches, there is a shared private swimming pool available to all visitors of the villa, which is also used by guests of Villa Petra, which is located nearby. The pool is located in the garden, which has a barbecue, which is ideal for summer evening gatherings. The garden is also shared by all visitors of the villas. If you have arrived by your own car, you do not have to worry about finding a parking space because parking is provided within the villa. With prior request, it is also possible to provide a mooring for your boat, if there is such a need.
The apartment is located on the first floor and guests can enjoy the balcony from which the pool is viewed. The interior of the apartment is decorated to the highest standards and has a modern look. The apartments consist of one bedroom with a double bed, and there is also a sofa bed suitable for accommodating two additional people. There is a kitchen with an electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Each apartment also has its own shower with a modern look and design toilet, and bed linen and towels are provided for use.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, all apartments in Villa Ana are air-conditioned and equipped with WI-Fi internet, satellite receiver, and a safety deposit box where you can safely store your most valuable belongings.
As for connectivity, Villa Ana is located 100 meters from the main road, and the bus station is at the same distance. The ferry is 15 kilometers from the villa.
If you like to cook for yourself, within 150 meters there is a market and a shop where you can get all the necessary groceries, and if you want to enjoy excellently prepared food, there is a restaurant just 30 meters away. It is good to know that there is also a medical clinic within 300 meters.
