Palit is also one of the favorite bathing places on Rab, and is recognizable by its beautiful promenade that stretches from the Soline bay to the old city walls. Villa Navi has a total of 3 apartments and is located only 100 m from the sea. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there are two beautiful beaches: a stone beach 250 m away and a pebble beach 700 m away. The distance from the villa to the center is 2 km.
On the ground floor of the villa there are two superbly equipped apartments measuring 45 and 35 square meters, and each consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room and a shower with a toilet. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two more people. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace, which is equipped with seating furniture.
The apartment on the first floor is 65 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed (which can be pulled out into an additional bed that can accommodate two people) that can accommodate two people. The apartment has a balcony equipped with seating furniture, and you will be delighted by the front view of the Adriatic Sea.
All apartments have a separate kitchen with all the necessary elements: electric hob, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with WI-Fi internet, satellite receiver and a safe for storing valuables. Each apartment also has a separate shower with toilet, towels and bed linen.
The owner of the villa does not live in the apartment, which provides additional peace of mind to the villa guests.
All guests are allowed to use the shared swimming pool with sun loungers together with Villa Mihaela and Villa Pavica. In front of Villa Navi there are parking spaces for all guests, and if necessary, it is possible to organize a mooring for your boat, for which you need to send a request in advance. Villa Navi is located only 100 meters from the main road, and the bus station is 500 m away. The shop is 500 m away while the market is 1.5 km away.
The ambulance in Palit is 1.5 km from the villa, while the ferry is a little further away and is 16 km.
