Villa Paret has a total of 4 superbly equipped apartments, two of which are located on the ground floor, and the remaining two on the first floor. The ground floor apartments are 40 and 45 square meters in size and are the same size as the remaining two apartments on the first floor.
The ground floor apartments have a terrace equipped with seating furniture, while the two upper apartments have balconies with comfortable seating furniture.
All visitors to Villa Paret have access to a shared swimming pool and a garden equipped with a barbecue, making it an ideal place for summer socializing and entertainment while you are not spending time on the beach. There are also deck chairs by the pool that are free for all guests to use. Parking spaces are provided for guests in front of Villa Paret, so you don't have to worry about finding a place for your tin pet. If necessary, with prior request, it is possible to secure a mooring for your boat.
The apartments of Villa Paret consist of one bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed that can easily accommodate two additional people.
Guests who decide to prepare their own food have a kitchen with all the necessary elements at their disposal. The appliances include: electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Each apartment has a separate shower with a modern-looking toilet, and you will be greeted by bed linen and towels.
