OTOK ČIOVO
Ciovo is an island situated in middle Dalmatia, connected with the city Trogir by drawbridge, and administratively divided between Split, Trogir and Okrug.
Total surface of the island is 28,8 km2 and there are several villages: Okrug Donji (Lower) Okrug Gornji (Upper), Arbanija, Slatine, Žedno and Ciovo. Čiovo is about 2 km away from the mainland on the east (cape Marjan); on the north-west, it is connected with mainland by drawbridge (in Trogir).
Arbanija is small and pitoresque tourist resort (500 inhabitant), situated on the north side of the island Čiovo, 4km from the city-centre of Trogir, southwest of the Čiovo's part of Trogir and Mastrinka, and northeast of Slatine.
The area of Arbanija is known for beautiful beaches, coastal area overgrown with woods and many small coves.
Arbanija is perfect for those who prefer a peaceful family vacation, without traffic jams, noise and tourist crowd.
