The fresh water reservoir holds 12.000 l. Electricity of 12 V is solar powered. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower with thermo-bags, which bags, filled with water, should be placed in a sunny position to warm up the water in them. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking.

It is possible to rent this house during the winter, but water can only get heated on the stove, and a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials.

The kitchen has a gas refrigerator, gas oven and a gas stove. Dishes and bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week.

The house is accessible by car to about 250m distance, by the road that leads to the bay of Landjin. These makeshift roads that cross the island hills are somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) and can change significantly due to the influence of weather conditions eg rain - this can worsen the condition of the road much, for this reason, these roads are not passable for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are also passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving.

We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger.

Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is impossible at night. HOUSE BRENA:

- for up to 5 persons, is located 30m from the beach in the bay Landjin on the island of Pasman. This bay is frequented by sailing boats because of a restaurant, 400 m from this house, famous for its Dalmatian cuisine. This holiday house spreads over two floors.
- The kitchen / living room and the bathroom with shower are placed on the ground floor. The kitchen / living room is equipped with cutlery, crokery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking stove, oven, radio, TV with local channels and a sofa for one person.
- Both of the bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two single beds - and a toilet are placed on the upper floor, which is accessible by an outside staircase. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen, in the bathroom with shower and in the toilet.
- Bed linen is prepared for the guests, fresh is delivered once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own.
