The fresh water reservoir holds 70.000 l. Electricity of 12 V is solar powered. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor shower is provided with a boiler that heats by the warmth of the sun. The water should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. It is possible to rent through the winter, but water can only get heated on the stove, and a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials.

We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone batteries (and your laptop batteries as well) in the house, using your regular household recharger. The kitchen has a refrigerator (total capacity 200 l, of which the freezer part takes 50 l) and a gas stove. Dishes and bedlinen are prepared for you. Fresh bedlinen arrives once a week. The house is accessible by car to about 150m distance, by the road that leads to the bay of Landjin. These makeshift roads that cross the island hills are somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) and can change significantly due to the influence of weather conditions eg rain - this can worsen the condition of the road much, for this reason, these roads are not passable for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are also passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The parking in the bay of Landjin is free of charge but not guarded. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Kindly note that in this house pets are not allowed.

OLD FISHERMAN (4 PERSONS):

The two bedroom house, for up to 4 persons, is located directly on the sea in the bay of Žinčena, on the island of Pašman.

All the rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room contains a fireplace. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove on gas with 4 burners and an oven, and a SAT-TV, WIFI and a radio.
The two bedrooms are both equipped with double beds.
Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and both of the bathrooms, whose equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included; fresh will arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available.

The roofed terrace is equipped with seating furniture. There is a built barbecue outside and another set of sitting furniture next to the sea.
Two sun beds are also included in the equipment of this holiday house.
The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water.The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights.We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets in the house are fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license).
Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the house.This holiday house is accessible by car, on a distance of about cca. 150 m, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving.
