Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower with thermo-bags, which bags, filled with water, should be placed in a sunny position to warm up the water in them. The water should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking.

The kitchen has a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Dishes and bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week.

The house is accessible by car to about 250m distance, by the road that leads to the bay of Landjin. These makeshift roads that cross the island hills are somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) and can change significantly due to the influence of weather conditions eg rain - this can worsen the condition of the road much, for this reason, these roads are not passable for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are also passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. If you choose access by your own vehicle, parking in the bay of Landjin is free of charge but not guarded. Ferry tickets are not incluede in price.

We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, using your recharger that you also use in your car.

Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is impossible at night.

HOUSE BELLATRIX (5 PERSONS):

House Bellatrix is located on the island of Pasman, in the bay Landjin, where is a restaurant, which is with its dalmatian cuisine loved by sailors. House contains two separate bedrooms, the both with a queen bed, on of them has an extra bunk bed (see picture) for one person, so it can accommodate maximum 5 persons. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, refrigerator with freezer compartment and cooking stove on gas. This house also offers a barbecue in the garden and outdoors shower. This is a pet-friendly accommodation - pets are welcome against surcharge of 5,00 EUR per night per pet. The fresh water reservoir holds 25.000 l. Electricity of 12 V is solar powered.
