The water tank holds 20.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights.

Running water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The toillet uses sea water for flushing. The bathroom has a shower with electric boiler for warm water. The water should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking.

It is possible to rent this house during the winter, but water can only get heated on the stove, and a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials.

The kitchen has a refrigerator and a gas stove. Dishes and bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week.

We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger.

This house is accessible by car to about 100m distance, by the road that leads to the bay Landjin. These makeshift roads that cross the island hills are somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) and can change significantly due to the influence of weather conditions eg rain - this can worsen the condition of the road much, for this reason, these roads are not passable for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are also passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The parking in the bay of Landjin is free of charge but not guarded. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.

Kindly note that it is not accepted to bring more then one pet per guest group to this house.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver's license).
