The house is located 2 km south of the center of Tkon, right next to the road. Next to the house there is a camp that is hidden from view by climbing plants. The first building on the other side is 50m away. The house is located 10 m from the sea and a sandy beach.

House Sunset is located 2 km south of the center of Tkon on the island of Pašman, right next to the road.

You can drive through the courtyard gate and park your car right next to the house. Next to the house

there is a nudist camp that is hidden from view by climbing plants. The first object on the other side is
50m away.

Beach:

The house is located 10 m from the sea and a sandy beach. The sea is about half a meter deep with a sandy bottom which is ideal for children.

Accommodation:

In front of the house there is a covered wooden terrace with a table and benches you can enjoy the shade and have lunch, and right next to it is a stone grill. It is also right in front of the house an overhang that provides shade. There is an outdoor shower on the terrace.

The ground floor of the house consists of one space in which there is a new modern kitchen with induction, hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Of the kitchen appliances, there is a cooker for water and a coffee machine.

The living room consists of a sofa bed that becomes an extra bed, a small table for the couch, an old massive wooden shelf and a television. The TV is equipped with satellite channels, and private WiFi is also available.

Right next to the window there is a massive table and benches where you can also eat and enjoy the beautiful view of Biograd na Moru.

On the first floor of the house (in the attic) there are two bedrooms and a toilet. One has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The air conditioner is located upstairs to provide a more comfortable sleep.

Behind the house there is a spacious yard that is fenced on all sides, and on one side there are 6 olive trees right next to the edge of the yard.

For a complete atmosphere, there are wooden deckchairs for sunbathing and a fabric deckchair that can be folded in the yard
