Given that the house is located on one of the most popular beaches on the island of Brač, you are not guaranteed privacy on the beach.

If you want to visit secluded bays and beaches, you can walk to less populated places.

The house is equipped with solar cells that provide electricity. The use of small household appliances, which consume a lot of energy, is prohibited.
