Both bedrooms have large private balconies with their own seating area allowing guests to enjoy breakfast or to relax in their own private domain. The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area which benefit from folding glass doors that allow air and light into the room and create a beautiful alfresco living area. A glass wine cellar, media room and office can be found on this level.

Two further ensuite bedrooms have patio doors that lead out onto the main terrace, with idyllic panoramic sea views and full advantage of the private pool. A self-contained spa with a sauna, steam room and gym can also be found on this level.
