A Dučac elnevezésű ház a csodás Dučac öbölben található, ahol a strand aprókavicsos , a tenger alja homokos. A ház vízellátása nem vezetékes, tartályból nyerik. A víznyomás nagyon alacsony. Meleg víz kizárólag a kinti zuhanyzóban van, a víztartályt a nap sugara melegíti, a tartály töltését a vendégeknek maguknak kell elvégezniük. Elektromos áramot a napenergia felhasználásával nyerik, ezért ennek használata csak a leptopok és mobil telefonok feltöltésére és a lámpák használatához megengedettek. A háztól az utolsó 250 méter makadám út. A parkoló a háztól 50 méterre található.
